Blinks are the name of BLACKPINK fans and their demographic/ psychographics are young teenage girls age 12-16  years and mainstream.

2) What audience pleasures are offered by the music video for How You Like That?
Diversion from reality, personal identity

4) How was the How You Like That music video marketed and promoted to the audience?
They produced a slower choreography towards the song with all the members wearing black and a pink background which establishes their brand ethos and was created to go viral as others across the globe could copy the dance and word of mouth would promote their song.

5) Why is K-pop a global phenomenon and what has helped it to become so popular?
K-pop began to add more English into their music which would make them more targetable towards a large mainstream audience as English is spoken in many countries.

The members were artificially put together by YG Entertainment an they broke the record for highest amount of views on a premiere.

Due to convergence music is very easily accessible for audiences as it can be streamed on so many platforms however, it is difficult to stand out against the many others trying to make it in the music industry because of the technological advancements.

4) How do BLACKPINK and K-pop show that the media and music industries are now global?
K-pop is so mainstream and well known across the globe it shows that even though there is a language barrier anyone can watch, listen and understand the music because of the internet.

5) How are UK-based music videos regulated and what types of content require warnings? 
Uk based music videos are regulated by the BBFC (British Board of Film Classification) and content with bad language, dangerous behaviour presented as safe, drug misuse, sexual behaviour, nudity, threatening behaviour and violence require warnings.
