 WWW- Excellent level of work - you are writing using more media terminology and your blog looks lovely and is full of great work! Excellent on Reception Theory - great detailed examples and clear understanding.

EBI- You are easily distracted and this is sometimes preventing you from giving the full level of detail that you need to, when writing analysis. 
LR- Go back and do the Blue Planet 2 analysis again, watching the trailer and giving specific evidence from the clip that back up / support your points.  
Do the extension task for at least one of our recent blog tasks 🙂

Is that the main point?  Re-writing this question The advert is trying to convey that this perfume is rich and elegant.In this advert Beyonce is wearing a red dress which connotes to love, passion, elegance and sexuality. The camera angle is low and her facial expression is determined which both portray her as powerful and dominant. Reception Theory

1)-The preferred reading is the meaning the producers are trying to communicate to the audience. 2)-The  oppositional reading  is when the audience's opinion goes against the meaning the producers are trying to communicate. 3)-The Harry Brown trailer wants the audience's preferred reading to be that the teenagers are violent and dangerous as they are gang affiliated, criminals and some of them murder. 4)-The oppositional reading of the Harry Brown trailer is that Harry is just as much as a criminal as the teenagers are .This could be the interpretation as in the trailer he is seen with a gun and he wants to take revenge. 150 word McDonalds avert analysis 5)- This McDonalds advert's preferred reading is that the burger is worth the money and fresh. The producers want the audience to  think this as they repeat the word "fresh" and "big"."Big"emphasises that the amount is large giving the impression that the burger is big especially for the price...
