Costume

She has a hospital gown on along with something with wires attached to her head. This implies to the consumer that she is being tested or examined in some way .

Lighting

This scene is lit with high key lighting which draws attention to the overly white room . The producer uses this to show how the room is very sterilised  and has an uneasy feeling.  High key lighting is also used to make sure all the actor is seen from her facial expression to her body language because she is the focal point of this scene.

Actors

The actor's facial expression displays focus and determination which could be demonstrating that she is trying to manipulate or somewhat control the can. Her posture and position of her hand also imply this as she is fixed and stable.

Makeup And Hair

 I can see that her hair is shaved off which conveys she isn't a normal girl and would be out of place in a normal setting. In addition, her makeup is natural showing her youth and innocence which is opposed by the fact she is being examined with a strange device.

Setting

 The setting implies she is a building reminiscent of a clinic as the colour white is very overbearing and makes it seem sanitary.

Reception Theory

1)-The preferred reading is the meaning the producers are trying to communicate to the audience. 2)-The  oppositional reading  is when the audience's opinion goes against the meaning the producers are trying to communicate. 3)-The Harry Brown trailer wants the audience's preferred reading to be that the teenagers are violent and dangerous as they are gang affiliated, criminals and some of them murder. 4)-The oppositional reading of the Harry Brown trailer is that Harry is just as much as a criminal as the teenagers are .This could be the interpretation as in the trailer he is seen with a gun and he wants to take revenge. 150 word McDonalds avert analysis 5)- This McDonalds advert's preferred reading is that the burger is worth the money and fresh. 1) There were 22 marvel movies when the  article was published. 2) According to this article marvel was making more than £13.7bn at the time the article was posted. 3)  In 2007, Marvel was recovering from bankruptcy and had sold off the film rights to some of the company's most popular characters like the X-Men and Spider-Man.However, they still owned the rights to the core avengers Hulk ,Thor ,Iron man , Black widow, Captain America and Hawkeye so the introduced these characters in other movies and then The Avengers. 4)  Sony had bought Spiderman for $7 million.
